MIDDLEBURG — A Stewartstown man driving with a 16-month-old child and another adult is jailed on felony charges following a seven-mile, high-speed chase in Snyder County.

State police at Selinsgrove said Emanuel Casanova Rosario, 25, failed to obey a traffic stop for speeding on Routes 11-15 in Chapman Township, Snyder County, on Nov. 28 and led authorities on a 7-mile chase that reached 124 mph.
