NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WFSB) - A Yale senior was brutally stabbed to death 27 years ago today, and the crime remains unsolved. On the anniversary of Suzanne Jovin’s death, advocates continue to keep the cold case at the forefront.

Right by the corner of Edgehill and East Rock roads is where Suzanne Jovin’s body was found. The murder remains unsolved and is one of Connecticut’s most well-known cold cases.

Nancy Dennett has lived on East Rock Road for more than 40 years, recalling the murder case that’s mystified the neighborhood for the last 27.

“I was here, in that room. I didn’t see anything, didn’t hear anything,” Dennett said. “I think there is a lot to it that we don’t know. Someone knows it and isn’t saying, so what can we do? We’ve got to find that person.”
