We begin in Pennsylvania, specifically in Bucks County, a large and politically vital swing county. Back last month, the voters there turned out their Republican sheriff and returned a Democratic attorney named Danny Ceisler. The main issue in the campaign was the fact that the GOP incumbent, Fred Harran, had worked closely with ICE, including signing a contract with the agency to cooperate in rounding folks up.
