On Wednesday, the Department of Homeland Security announced it was launching an immigration enforcement operation in the New Orleans area. Video obtained by CNN shows federal agents wearing ICE vests chasing a woman back to her home in Marrero, Lousiana, a suburb of New Orleans. CNN’s Ryan Young reports.
