Another man has been charged in connection with a 2021 arson attack that destroyed a luxury home under construction in the Ahuntsic–Cartierville borough. The multi-million dollar home was owned at the time by an executive for Pornhub.

Police say they arrested Mohamed Aymen Tayeb, 28, in Montreal’s Ville-Marie borough Thursday morning. He appeared in court later in the afternoon facing an arson charge, according to a statement from the Service de police de la Ville de Montréal (SPVM).

It’s the second arrest in the SPVM arson unit’s investigation. On Sunday, Claudy (Saucisse Snappy) Lafond , 39, of Montreal North was arrested at Bordeaux Prison.
