COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) - The South Carolina State Museum is kicking off the holiday season with a featured holiday-themed planetarium lighting as the main event.
The event, which is part of “Pay as You May Night,” with all money going to support museum education through the South Carolina State Museum Foundation.
Attendees are able to experience extended hours to explore museum galleries like “When I See Myself, I See”, and “Native Communities of South Carolina”, as well as a chance to see “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer” in 4D.
Holiday-themed attractions include live music from Cola Jazz, holiday crafts and a meet-and-greet with Santa.
The event will end with a special holiday display being lit in the planetarium.
