While the principle seems straightforward—public documents should be public immediately—podcast hosts worried about the likely consequences.
“This kind of thing troubles me,” said Chris Quinn, “because it’s not just what’s right, but timing is important.”
He said the makeup of the Ohio Supreme Court as a serious risk factor for any transparency litigation.
