The Razorbacks (7-3) played their second consecutive sloppy game on both ends of the court. They were a porous 8 of 28 on shots around the rim. Perhaps the most disappointing statistic was 25 offensive rebounds lead to just 10 second-chance points.
Arkansas fell behind by 15 on a 3-pointer before it got a 4-point possession due to a shooting foul on the Mustangs coupled with a technical foul. Wyvette Mayberry made all four free throws attempts in the sequence.
The game was put into a nutshell on a five-chance possession for the Razorbacks that ended with multiple missed layups.
Harmonie Ware got Arkansas within 69-60 with a make inside with just under 3 minutes remaining, but the Mustangs had an answer with a Sahnya Jah layup.
