Pat Mason-Guillory was named Acadiana's Remarkable Woman in 2023 for her volunteerism in creating the St. Landry Parish Veterans Memorial and expanding it with a welcome center, and she chose to donate the $1,000 prize to the Cerebral Palsy Clinic in Opelousas.
