FRAMINGHAM, Mass. —

A woman in her 50s died Wednesday night, days after being rescued from a fire in a Framingham, Massachusetts, apartment building, according to the State Fire Marshal's office.

The woman's name is not being released pending family notifications.

On Nov. 30 , a fire broke out at 33 Interfaith Terrace around 7:30 p.m.

Responding crews found flames shooting from the building and received reports of people trapped inside, according to Fire Chief Michael Dutcher.

Firefighters rescued two women who were trapped on the second floor.

Both were transported to an area hospital.

One firefighter was also injured and transported to a hospital.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation, although the State Fire Marshal's office says it does not appear to be suspicious.
