There isn't a single anime series out now that is as big as Solo Leveling . While Demon Slayer dominated box offices in 2025, Solo Leveling brought new highs to seasonal anime. The first season was amazing, and the second season only cemented the series' status as an all-time great.

Surprisingly, the third season of the anime hasn't been confirmed. It's a shock considering the massive success of the first two seasons, but it looks like the studios behind the anime might be looking to create a movie instead.

No matter what they do, however, Solo Leveling won't get better from here. For better or worse, the best has already been animated.
