New Delhi, Dec 5 (UNI) Russian President Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hold summit talks here on Friday, aiming to boost trade and defence ties as well as discuss regional security, as Russia negotiates a US-brokered peace in Ukraine.
