Meta also acknowledges that the support was not as good in the past and is currently ensuring a more trustworthy experience conditioned by AI.

The company records high gains in safety within the past year. It reports that global new account hacks have reduced by over 30% on Facebook and Instagram. Hacked accounts also recover faster, and the success rate has increased more than 30% in the US and Canada.
