A body of a man has been found in the search for a missing person who was last seen earlier this week.
Officers from Police Scotland have confirmed the tragic discovery was made at around 9.10pm on Thursday evening in the Maddiston Road area of Falkirk.
Formal identification has still to take place, but the family of Kyle Crilly have been informed.
An appeal to trace Kyle was made on Thursday. The 33-year-old was last seen at around 12.30am on Wednesday, December 2 at the ESSO filling station, Maddiston Road, Falkirk.
The death is being treated as unexplained but not believed to be suspicious.
