This festive season showcased strong contributions from emerging Bharat centres. Top Tier 3/4 hubs included Vellore, Medinipur, East Godavari, Chittoor, Bardhaman, Bhagalpur, Puri, Agartala, and Bankura. These markets not only drove volumes but also showcased increased demand for branded, quality-verified selections, especially during Diwali.

Consumers aged 18-34 accounted for nearly 80% of total orders, with the 25-34 age group leading at 46%, followed by 18-24 at 34%, highlighting strong traction among digital-first, value-seeking shoppers.

Brand trust was underscored during the festive period, as repeat customer contribution climbed from the usual 86% to a high of 90%.
