Khloe Kardashian says she has been sleeping with the lights on for several years, blaming an encounter with what she believes was a ghost for her fears.

Kardashian talked about the incident Wednesday on her podcast “Khloe in Wonderland,” according to People magazine . It reportedly occurred at a house she was renting when her 7-year-old daughter, True, was an infant.

“It was the scariest thing,” she said on the podcast while talking with friend Savas Oguz, according to Parade . “I was sleeping — it was at that rental house that I still had in the Oaks — and there was a hallway from True’s room to my room. It was a little narrow hallway, it was (made of) wood, so I could hear footsteps.
