On Friday, a global outage at Cloudflare — a key Internet infrastructure and security services provider — left users worldwide scrambling as dozens of major websites went offline temporarily. The disruption hit India hard: popular stock-broking and trading platforms such as Zerodha, Groww, Angel One and other brokerage portals were reportedly inaccessible during peak market hours. Many users faced login failures, order-placement errors and general unavailability of services — forcing some to abandon trades and others to wait until Cloudflare services stabilised.
