For almost a decade, the government says, William Asper sexually preyed upon vulnerable women who lived in his metro Detroit rental properties, threatening to not make repairs or even evict them if they denied his advances.

Asper says it's not true, maintaining he's being falsely accused by a woman he rejected on the Plenty of Fish dating app 14 years ago, and a hate group she allegedly created afterward.
