HUNTS POINT, Bronx (WABC) -- Five people were injured, at least two critically, when their car collided with two trucks in the Bronx early Friday.
A white Acura sedan was eastbound on Bruckner Boulevard, the service road, near the Hunts Point Market, just before 4:40 a.m.
The sedan struck both a tractor-trailer and a truck before spinning out-of-control and crashing.
Three people were extricated from the crushed car. Two are in critical condition, the other is stable.
The female driver and 26-year-old rear female passenger were rushed to Lincoln Hospital in critical condition. A 29-year-old man in the front passenger seat is in stable condition.
The 29-year-old tractor-trailer driver and 26-year-old box truck driver were also taken to Lincoln Hospital in stable condition.
