NBC10 was on the scene overnight after the crash, and based on tire tracks on the front lawn, it appears the vehicle hopped the curb and plowed into the front of a house along Wilson Road.

The crash caused significant structural damage to the home, and the vehicle was completely totaled.

Officials said paramedics rushed the driver to the hospital. At this time, the driver's condition is unknown.

A neighbor at the scene told NBC10 that everyone who was in the house at the time of the incident is okay.
