CHICO — Chico State students gave a warm welcome to the public on a cold Thursday as the university hosted its first Humanities and Fine Arts Winter Bazaar.
The event started at 4 p.m., but by 2:30, students were bringing in stacks of bins full of various artworks and crafts on dollies, setting up booths and tables and finalizing logistics in preparation for the soon-to-arrive guests.
Amanda Reiner, publicist for the College of Humanities and Fine Arts, could be found among the students helping conduct last-minute operations before the opening. Reiner said the event marks the first of hopefully many for the school. • Earrings are on display at Chico State’s Humanities and Fine Arts Winter Bazaar on Thursday, Dec. 4, 2025 in Chico, California.
