The Dallas Cowboys were maybe the hottest team in the NFC behind the Chicago Bears going into Week 14, and they just lost a major game to the Detroit Lions who now (again) look like they have a real shot to make the playoffs, and overall, the NFC is the “Wild West”, and perhaps the NFL at large is as open as it’s ever been.
Only a couple/few teams are technically eliminated from playoff contention, and the 1-seed is still very much up for grabs, and the best team in the NFL? Very much up for debate. Who’s going to find themselves in the Super Bowl? Great question.
Whereas last year it was fairly clear that the Philadelphia Eagles were the best team in the NFL, this year is different, this year it’s more or less anyone’s year in a way that it not always is.
