BENGALURU: A man has alleged that he he then received an abusive response from a hotel for a food review, after he ordered tomato rice twice for online delivery to his house about a month ago.
Karthik ordered a plate of tomato rice from a cloud kitchen, called Mother’s Kitchen, for Rs 200 and another time for Rs 217. He gave feedback that the quantity was less for the amount that he had paid.
A month after giving that feedback, he received a reply from Mother’s Kitchen that was abusive, using foul language. The mentally distressed customer Karthik called them, but there was no response from their side.
He has filed a cybercrime complaint against Mother’s Kitchen for this rude response to their customer, saying he wants justice and that those who reply rudely to customers should be taugh
