India and Russia will take their nuclear cooperation further with the discussion over building a second nuclear power plant finding mention in the talks between the Russian President Vladimir Putin and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Putin is on a two-day visit to India from December 4-5. The two sides had a detailed discussion over extending the strategic partnership between the two countries that has stood the test of time. Both the sides noted that the partnership has remained resilient in the backdrop of the prevailing complex, challenging and uncertain geopolitical situation.
