Amber Davies has said taking part in Strictly Come Dancing has been 'life-changing' as her boyfriend was quick to show her support with a heartfelt message.

The West End star hasn't been able to believe how far she has come in the competition, considering she wasn't actually part of this year's line-up until 24 hours before the first live show of the 2025 series.
