SAN ANTONIO — The San Antonio Spurs' strategic partner, Michael Dell, has announced that he and his wife have pledged $6.25 billion to help 25 million American children under 10, as an incentive to claim the new investment accounts (" Trump Accounts ") for children created as part of President Trump’s tax and spending legislation.

“Our gift will cover most of the children that are 10 or under that are not part of the federal program, the zero to two year olds,” said Dell at a press conference.

Through the donation, the Dells will deposit $250 into each qualified child’s investment account. The "Trump Accounts" will launch on July 4, 2026.
