Hannah Waddingham has been forced to pull out of the Princess of Wales ’ Christmas Carol service after struggling to sing.

The Ted Lasso star was set to sing In The Bleak Midwinter to 1,600 guests, including the royals , at Westminster Abbey this evening.

Unfortunately, just before guests began to arrive, Hannah, 51, revealed she would not perform as her vocals were not up to her usual standards.

The Daily Mail revealed: ‘Her singing voice has been compromised from an exhausting filming schedule’.

As a last-minute stand-in, singer Zak Abel will fill the slot, but is due to sing the carol Silent Night instead.

Hannah will still attend the Together at Christmas service, along with plenty of other celebrities and public figures.
