Three people were injured in an accident involving a bus in Logan Township on Friday Dec. 5, authorities said.
At 6:03 a.m., a Ford Transit bus, operated by the South Jersey Transportation Authority and driven by an 80-year-old Cherry Hill man, was traveling north on Heron Drive and approaching the intersection with High Hill Road when it began to cross into the path of a 2023 Chevrolet Avalanche traveling west, Logan Township police said.
The Chevrolet, driven by a 51-year-old Woolwich Township man, struck the bus on the passenger side as the bus was crossing High High Hill Road, police said.
The driver of the bus complained of arm and back pain, police said.. The driver of the Chevrolet complained of neck pain, police said. The lone passenger on the bus, a 33-year-old Penns Grove man, complained of chest and neck pain, police said.
All three men were transported by Gloucester County EMS to a nearby hospital with minor injuries, police said.
