A man is at large after stealing Christmas decorations

Police in Neptune City are attempting to locate a Grinch who stole Christmas decorations.

Neptune City Police said they are attempting to locate the suspect who stole the decorations, though they did not say when or where the theft occurred.

"No, we don't believe his real name is The Grinch," police said.
