The roughly 160-year-old Second Avenue North building long home to venerable commercial real estate management company Robin Realty has sold for $8.6 million — a deal that likely involves a record per-foot figure.

The address of the two-story brick structure, opened circa 1860s and located about one-half block north of Broadway, is 127 Second Ave. N. Sandwiched by the buildings housing Mike's Ice Cream and dessert shop Mattheessen's, the 6,800-square-foot structure offers no tenant.

According to a Davidson County Register of Deeds document, the new owner is an LLC that includes Magdy Hzkial and Medhat Lewis.
