A seemingly stalled project involving a 15-story mixed-use building to interact with both Bankers Alley and Printers Alley may soon be jumpstarted.

As the Post reported in 2023, the development team had still planned the project, details for which were released in 2021. However, no groundbreaking date has been announced since.

In October 2021, the Metro Development and Housing Agency Design Review Committee approved the concept plan for the project, which would offer residential, retail and structured parking garage spaces at 215- 217 Third Ave. N.

The downtown site currently offers a parking garage and a surface parking lot.

According to a release issued at the time, the development will feature 300 rental residential units and approximately 12,000 to 15,000 square feet of retail spa
