MOSES LAKE, Wash. -- The Moses Lake School District has submitted a plan to end the educators' strike.

According to the district, the new supposal to the Moses Lake Education Association includes the restoration of provisions from the previous contract with the union that it requested.

MLSD says this new plan represents significant concessions from the district.

As part of the supposal, employees will receive retroactive pay, no disciplinary action after the strike, and an approximately 2% increase in pay.

If the proposal is rejected, a court hearing next week could have a judge declare the strike illegal and force educators back to work.

A copy of the supposal can be seen below.
