Emergency services have rushed to the University of Plymouth following a chemical leak.
Five fire engines and several police cars were seen outside the institution's Davy Building on North Hill.

'Everyone accounted for'
Everyone is accounted for following the evacuation of the University of Plymouth's Davy Building.
Devon and Cornwall Police said it was assisting the fire service.
