Dylan in Emmerdale continued to remain in a bad way on Friday, leaving his loved one's fearing he will die.

The teenager was deliberately run down by Ray Walters, before Ray then injected him with something. As Dylan clung onto life, it wasn't looking good for him, while Ray and his villainous mother Celia Daniels were shocked to realise he wasn't dead.
