A crash at a Greater Manchester junction left a car on its side. Emergency services were called to a three-car collision at the junction of Cheetham Hill Road and Tame Street in Dukinfield at around 1pm on Friday (December 5).
Pictures shared to social media showed a white car turned on its side. A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service (GMFRS) said: "At shortly after 1pm on Friday (December 5) two fire engines from Stalybridge and Ashton fire stations were called to a crash involving three cars on High Street, Stalybridge.
"Firefighters rescued one person from one of the vehicles before handing them to the care of colleagues from North West Ambulance Service . Crews made the vehicles and area safe and were in attendance for around 40 min
