TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - A motorcyclist died after a two-vehicle crash at 22nd Street and Tucson Boulevard in Tucson on Nov. 30.

The Tucson Police Department said it was notified Dec. 4 that 62-year-old Milton U. Nelson passed away from his injuries.

The TPD said Nelson was speeding, didn’t have a license, endorsement, and wasn’t wearing a helmet. The TPD said the other driver involved, an 18-year-old, did have alcohol in his system but was not impaired.

The TPD said the teen made a U-turn and failed to yield to Nelson, causing the accident.

No citations or charges have been issued, and the investigation is ongoing.
