KANSAS CITY, Mo. —

After the Chiefs announced that Josh Simmons would be placed on injured reserve earlier this week, they may be down several other players on Sunday, including two on the offensive line.

Head coach Andy Reid said that cornerback Chris Roland-Wallace will be out with a back injury when the Chiefs play the Houston Texans at Arrowhead Stadium on Sunday. Wide receiver Nikko Remigio is also out with a shoulder injury. Advertisement

Offensive linemen Trey Smith and Jawaan Taylor were listed as doubtful on Friday with ankle and triceps/knee injuries, respectively.

The pair haven’t practiced all week, making their appearance on Sunday unlikely, though Reid says they are progressing.

“I think it’ll be a stretch for them to get there, so, (if) the other guys play, they play.
