SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WNDU) - A holiday tradition combining art, athleticism and aesthetics hits the Morris Performing Arts Center in South Bend this weekend.

Southold Dance Theater will present the Nutcracker.

The theater group’s annual ‘Nutcracker Tea’ is happening this Sunday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Palais Royale.

It serves as a prelude to Southold’s “Nutcracker” ballet performances at the Morris Performing Arts Center on Dec. 6 and Dec. 7.

Friday was the company’s youth matinee, and the Morris was packed with children.
