Srinagar, Dec 4: Flight operations at Srinagar International Airport were thrown into disarray for the second consecutive day on Friday, with 17 flights cancelled, including 16 operated by IndiGo, as the airline continued to grapple with a sweeping nationwide operational breakdown. Meanwhile, eleven flights were also cancelled at Jammu Airport.
Airport authorities maintained that the disruptions were entirely airline-driven, dismissing speculation about weather-related issues.
Director Srinagar International Airport Javid Anjum told Rising Kashmir that visibility and weather conditions remained normal throughout the day.
