CLEVELAND — Three leaders in Cleveland’s women’s sports community stepped onto the court this week for the latest installment of “Celebrity Knockout Challenge,” all while helping raise money for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio .

The episode featured Allison Howard, president of business operations for Cleveland’s returning WNBA team ; Barb Anthony, co-founder of the Cleveland nonprofit Play Gap Sports for Women ; and Cassy Kopp, co-owner of The W Sports Bar , the city’s first women’s sports bar.

Howard said excitement is building as the WNBA prepares for its highly anticipated return.
