The U.S. State Department has sanctioned a prospective sale of GBU-39/B Small Diameter Bombs to South Korea, valued at approximately $111.8 million, according to an announcement from the Pentagon on Friday.

Boeing will act as the primary contractor in facilitating this defense deal.

The agreement is part of ongoing efforts to bolster South Korea's military capabilities through advanced defense technologies.
