CLEVELAND, Ohio — Police are looking for a suspect accused of killing a Cleveland man earlier this week.
At 11:30 p.m. Tuesday, authorities say, Rickey Williams, 46, of Euclid shot another man before dragging him from a car on the city’s East Side.
The victim, Ejiro Williams, 51, was found in the roadway with multiple gunshot wounds. He was later pronounced dead at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center, police said.
Police said the shooting took place in the St. Clair-Superior neighborhood. An affidavit from Cleveland Police Detective Zara Hudson said Ejiro Williams’ body was found in the 10600 block of St. Clair Avenue.
Police said video evidence shows the suspect and the victim together throughout the day.
