Soccer fans across New England finally know which teams could be heading to Gillette Stadium for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
The final draw , held Friday in Washington, D.C., revealed the group stage matchups for what will be the largest World Cup in history, featuring 48 teams and hosted across the United States, Mexico, and Canada.

Boston, designated as one of the host cities, will have seven matches — five of them in the group round — with top teams such as Brazil, France, England and Croatia likely to take the field in Foxboro, Massachusetts.
