Videos are circulating that appear to show a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement SUV running over a man’s legs as agents detained him Thursday in Vancouver.

Jose Paniagua Calderon was detained by ICE in front of El Antojo restaurant at 2505 E. Fourth Plain Blvd., according to multiple eye witnesses who contacted The Columbian and videos posted online .

Video obtained by The Columbian shows a man screaming in pain when a silvery gray Ford SUV drives over his right leg as he was being detained by ICE.

Derek Boe said he was leaving Don Taco at 2610 E. Fourth Plain Blvd. and as he started to drive away, he saw what he assumed was police. He parked on the side street, where he watched the incident unfold.
