The Bombay High Court has decided in favour of a widow whos late husband had filed a divorce case against her on grounds of adultery. However, before this allegation could be proved in court, he died of heart attack. The Bombay High Court ruled that simply claiming that she was unfaithful during their marriage doesn’t disqualify her from family pension under the Maharashtra Civil Services ( Pension ) Rules, 1982.
