Attorneys for the United States and for the widow of slain Little Rock airport director Bryan Malinowski squared off Friday in federal court. A complaint claims ATF agents failed to exercise reasonable care when they forced entry into the Malinowski home, where they were confronted by Malinowski armed with a pistol, resulting in what the complaint described as "an an entirely predictable, needless and tragic outcome."
