Bryant continued its domination of Class 7A football on Friday night, taking a 27-7 victory over Bentonville at War Memorial Stadium in Little Rock for its second straight state championship and seventh since 2018.

The Hornets led 21-0 at halftime, outgaining the Tigers 293-60 in total offense. Jeremiah Motes threw a 29-yard touchdown pass to Keenan Latin to give Bryant a 7-0 lead with 8:18 to play in the first quarter after Bentonville punted on its first possession. Jakobe Boone returned a punt 53 yards to the Bentonville 1, and he scored a 1-yard rushing touchdown on the first play of Bryant’s next drive.

Terriun Jones later intercepted a Bentonville pass and returned it 11 yards, just 24 yards from the end zone. Terry “TJ” Hodges scored a 13-yard rushing touchdown to give the Hornets
