Iowa State’s Matt Campbell will be the 17th head football coach in Penn State history, the program announced Friday night. Campbell’s hiring will be made official on Monday pending the approval of his contract by the board of trustees’ equity and human resources committee. The vote is a formality, and Campbell will be officially introduced at noon Monday.
