Kiran Nadar, Bose Krishnamachari among other Indians on the global list of most influential people in art

D escribed as the “annual portrait of power in the art world”, ArtReview magazine’s power list features several from the Indian art world this year.

The list includes art collector and founder of Kiran Nadar Museum of Art, Kiran Nadar at No. 18; Natasha Ginwala, curator and artistic director of Colomboscope and Sharjah Biennial co-curator at No. 39; artist collective CAMP at No 51. Artist and President of Kochi Biennale Foundation Bose Krishnamachari features at No. 52; gallerists Prateek and Priyanka Raja of Experimenter Art Gallery is at No. 59 and Raqs Media Collective at No. 76.

Describing the intention behind the list, the ArtReview website notes, “It is an attempt to describe the individuals and groups that have shaped what art has been seen and how it has been seen over the past
