Unsuccessful aspirants of Haryana Public Service Commission’s (HPSC) assistant professor (English) post Friday filed an RTI application seeking copies of their answer sheets.

They also staged a silent protest outside the HPSC office in Panchkula Friday.

Only 151 candidates had cleared the subject knowledge test against the 613 assistant professor (English) vacancies in Haryana colleges .

One of the unsuccessful candidates told The Indian Express that so far 23 aspirants have submitted RTI applications to the HPSC to obtain their answer sheets. A senior HPSC official reiterated that the answer sheets could only be shown once the recruitment process is complete, adding that “our exam system is completely foolproof.”
